Enrollment is priced per application, so the total follows your providers and payers. The written answer on a new service is one fixed fee. Billing and revenue cycle is priced from your practice's own numbers, in the agreement.
The review is free and needs no patient data.

Our position, in plain words
We aren't the cheapest, but we are the best. We aren't competing with other billers. We aren't competing with anyone else, because they don't have the capabilities, the insight, or the clear answers we provide.
Filing is the smaller part of the job. The fee pays for following each application until the payer answers, with the Friday board showing where each one stands.
Each effective date goes into an enrollment file the practice keeps. If a panel is closed, we say so and set out the routes still open.
What every Sprint includes.
An application sent is not an enrollment. The work that decides when you get paid sits after the filing, and that is where we spend the fee.

What the card leaves out, on purpose.
There is no monthly retainer for enrollment.
Billing and revenue cycle has no printed price. It is set in the agreement from your claim volume, your payers and how much of the work stays in your office. A number printed before we have seen those would be a guess.
One invoice per piece of work, and you know it in advance.

What owners ask about the fees.
Why does a solo practice pay $350 per payer?
A solo practice files one application per payer, not two. A group pays $350 per payer plus $250 for each provider.
Can we start with a few payers and add more later?
Yes. Each application is priced on its own from this card, so a payer you add later is one more line.
Does the Friday board cost extra?
No. It comes with every Sprint and covers every payer in it.
What does the $150 CAQH setup cover?
One provider's profile, built from scratch or repaired, then attested and released to the plans on your list. A provider whose profile is already complete and current does not need it.
Is the fee still owed if a panel turns out to be closed?
Yes. The fee pays for the application and the follow-up, including a written exception request, and a closed panel still gets both. The payer's answer is not something any fee can buy.
Are there charges that are not on this card?
Not for enrollment. There is no retainer, no setup charge beyond CAQH and no monthly minimum. Billing is the one service priced separately, in its own written agreement.
Does the free review commit us to anything?
No. It costs nothing, and the plan we write from it is yours to use with us, with another firm or on your own.
