What this site collects, and why. What you send reaches our inbox and nowhere else.

HRI Med is part of Health Revenue Intelligence, LLC, which controls the information this page describes. It covers hrimed.com: the pages you read, the review form, and email you send to the address in the footer.

The review form asks what you need, where the practice stands, its state, a rough claim count, your name, the practice name, your email, an optional phone number and a description of the work. We use those details to answer your request, to keep the form free of spam, to send you a receipt, and to keep a business record of the inquiry. Leave patient information out of it.

The form also carries a hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated submissions and collects nothing from a person.

If you arrived through a campaign link, the site can carry three campaign labels and the page you landed on into hidden form fields. Values that fail the site's length and character rules are dropped, and the request still goes through without them.

We keep a submission and the correspondence around it for as long as we need it to reply, to run a working relationship if one follows, to protect the site, to keep proper business records and to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to find, correct or delete an inquiry, as set out below.

Your request arrives as an email in our business inbox, where the people who run the work read it and reply. Sending it lets us contact you about that request. It does not open an account, and it does not build a profile of you.

Once the request is accepted for delivery, the site sends a receipt to the address you gave. The receipt repeats your first name and the practice name. It never repeats your message, so the form cannot be used to send someone else your words.

If a send fails, you see a recovery page with our phone number instead of a silent error, and nothing is counted as a request.

We do not sell the information this page covers, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. The services named below process it on our behalf, and that processing gives them no permission to market to you. A Global Privacy Control signal therefore has nothing to switch off today. If that ever changes, this page and any controls the law requires change before the new practice starts.

The site's own code sets no cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for two things, and session storage ends when you close the tab. The first is the campaign labels and landing page described above, copied into the form only if you send it. The second is the draft question you build in the "Can this be billed?" tool on the Service lines page, which the form picks up so you do not have to type it twice. Neither goes into a web address.

We keep a first-party count of three events: a click on a button that leads to the review form, the first time someone starts filling in the form, and a request our email service accepted. Each row holds the event name, the page it came from, the page it pointed to, a fixed attribution label, a count and a time. The endpoint rejects any other field. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text, campaign values, web address queries, referrers, browser details, cookie identifiers and IP addresses are never written. Cloudflare keeps these rows for three months.

"Accepted" means the email service took the message for processing. It does not prove the message reached the inbox.

The review form is built to use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from automated traffic. When it is switched on, it evaluates short-lived browser and network signals and may set a strictly necessary token or cookie for that purpose alone. It is never used for advertising.

Patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses and claim documents stay out of the form and out of email. The review, the Payer Enrollment Sprint and a Service Line answer need none of them. When billing work needs records, they move through the secure process agreed at signing, with a business associate agreement in place first. The full boundary is on the Security and compliance page.

If patient details reach us by mistake, tell us. We remove the message from our inbox and confirm that to you in writing.

To ask what we hold from your inquiry, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to the email address in the footer. We weigh each request against the law that applies and the records we must keep. There are no site accounts or individual measurement profiles here, so a request almost always concerns inquiry email.
