Request a review

Tell us where the practice stands with its payers.

The review is free. It takes one conversation and a few facts about the practice, and it never needs patient information.

Before you write

Two short steps. Nothing is filed and nothing is invoiced until you sign.

What helps us answer well.

Have these to hand

  • The payers you want to bill, and which of them already know the practice.
  • How many providers you have, and whether each one has an NPI and a CAQH profile.
  • The state where you see patients, and roughly when you open or when the new provider starts.
  • If you bill today, the totals from a recent aging or denial report. Totals only.

Leave these out

Patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses, claims and clinical records. The review works from practice facts only, and a business associate agreement comes before we handle any patient data at all.

About the practice Step one of two
So we start in the right place.

Where to reply Step two of two

A working name is fine before you open.

General terms only. No patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses, claims or records.

We get back to you as quickly as possible.

What happens to what you send: HRI Med uses your contact details and the request itself to reply, to keep the form free of spam, and to keep a business record of the inquiry. The message goes to our business inbox through an email delivery service, and a first-party count records that a request arrived, without any of its contents. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. After you send it

What happens next.

  1. It lands

Your request goes straight to our business inbox, and a receipt goes to the email address you gave.

  2. A reply

We write back and suggest a time to talk.

  3. The review

We take you through a one-page checklist: your payers, your providers, what is enrolled, and where your claims stand today.

  4. The plan in writing

You get the work and its price in writing before anything starts. Enrollment comes from the published rate card; billing is priced from your own numbers.

  5. Your decision

Nothing is filed and nothing is invoiced until you sign. If we are not the right fit, the reply says so.
